Our hopyard story began over a decade ago, when co-owner Mark Stier planted the very first rhizome right here on the farm. Today, our half-acre hopyard yields bountiful harvests of Cascade, Centennial, and Nugget hops.

While we source ingredients from near and far, we reserve these estate-grown ingredients for the brews that showcase them best—including our Elizaville Helles Lager and seasonal favorites like the Dry Irish Stout and Festbier.
